How to create a email account without the cPanel

It´s possible create a email account without the cPanel? because I need put a script in php or any other code to create a email account, from my web site.

Due to the shared nature of Bluehosts servers this is unfortunately not possible. You would need to create each email account manually. To do what you are wanting to do would require a vps or dedicated server host.
