Hello! I published my site about 4 month ago and I'm still figuring out how to
get more visitors to my site. Does anybody know the best way to attract
visitors from around the world

That’s a very broad question. Don't think many people will be able to give you a direct answer to that. Especially when we know nothing of the site you are talking about or have a link to it.

yeah, like Reichling says, you might as well be asking how to make money on the internet.

---

are you looking for short term traffic, which you can buy

or are you building your user base or a list.

Internet Marketer John Reese has his traffic secrets product out which helps you generate traffic.

it all depends on what your business model is.

For example, bluehost.com.
Did you find bluehost.com through a friend? (then maybe recommend your website to your friends)
Did you find bluehost.com through an advertisement or a forum (then maybe advertise your website, or become a member of a forum about the topic of your website)

The best thing to attract visitors is to have

a) good content (or product)
b) many links from other sites to your site

The way I advertised my website is by advertising on other websites that are already pretty well known. Making affiliates or just simply asking them to link your website to theirs. Of course you have to target websites that related to your website otherwise no one will be interested in it. Over time traffic will increase no doubt...

I'm still advertising my website myself haha but I like to keep it a bit small so it wouldn't get crazy to manage.
