My name is Bob Khakshooy and I believe I've been hacked

So someone hacked into my accounts and i've tried what the support pages asked me to do but most of the things online are saying that they cant do anything about that. They got into my gmail account and has access to all my emails since 2005 and got into my facebook account as well. Has anyone had to deal with this issue? Thanks.
