How to add custom dropdown list in customer registration form?

Hi All,

I need help from the seniors and experts here…

I want to add a custom city dropdown list in customer registration form. How I can do that? How I have to store city name and index in db and How I have to fetch that? And How I have to store the city index along with customer data?
