database connection on iframes

Hello,

I connect my database on a page wich have require_once('connection'). i also have an iframe on this page which calls also require_once('../connections/madrindie.php').
The thing is that on the iframe it does not work. Can anybody help me. I have proved on my computer as server and it is work.
