php file problem

Hello I've installed a mp3 player cart and i intalled it like said in the Instruction file that the seller sent to me but when i'm trying to download a song its downloading a php file called "getfreefile.php" instead of the zip file containing the song after that i submited a ticket to the scripting departement and i got a response like what i need put this code ( AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .html .php .htm ) to my main .htaccsess and i did that but I always got the same probleme and now I've contacted the seller and they said that the cart work well and blue host support dont want help me more becouse is a third part seller.
Can some one please help me.

This forum's common denominator is our hosting company. So it is unlikely that any of us can help you with your third party script, especially without a name. I would suggest searching for a user forum associated with that script.
