If your domain is registered through Bluehost, you can enable Domain Privacy through the cPanel Domain Manager. There's a (I believe) $9.95 per domain per year charge for this.

Thanks Bob Barr for sharing such great information with us which really helped me a lot. From long ago I was searching for this information, in order to keep privacy over the information provided by me, but couldn’t able to find any information regarding this anywhere. Since mine domain was registered I have successfully enabled domain privacy through cpanel Domain manager, thanks a lot once again.
