Accidentally Overwrote Wordpress & Lost Content - Help can I Recover?

Help! Yesterday I updated my Wordpress to the new version 3.3. In doing so I accidentally overwrote my blog and lost all my posts, pages and content. Is there a way recover the lost content or revert to the old installation of wordpress. Please help! Thank you

go into site backup (and restore) on your control panel, see if you can't get your files back that way. You may have to sign up for pro to get access to individual files.
