I hear people mentioning what box they are on. How do I find out which one I am on? Also, what exactly is the "box"? Does is just constitute the physical server or storage also? Thanks!

Use this method (http://www.bluehostforum.com/showpost.php?p=1334&postcount=2) to find out what box you're on.
I believe that it's both your server and your storage space.

It's just the physical server.
And the easiest way to find out the server is to log in and type 'hostname', though you need ssh for that. :)

The last octect (the last numbers in the ip address. i.e., in xxx.vvv.www.yyy, yyy would be the last octect). For example, my server is:
70.103.189.73
Thus, i am on box73

The older servers (1-17 i believe) do not have the physical space to have everyone with 10gb. We are more than willing to upgrade your account to 10gb if you are on one of the older servers, we just need to move you over to one of the newer servers.
