I am looking to add a few mailing list to our website. I am looking for something that has a php admin interface and is in a mysql backend. Also I would like to have the option to add users with and without any verification from them (so I can add all my current members without their intervention) and then turn on the verification for new members. I figured with mysql BE I could add them to the tables directly if I have to.
