cpu usage and detailed script information?

i remember a while back, or atleast i think i remember, that there was an option to see cpu usage and what script is being over used and causing throttling issues. all i can see in cpanel is cpu throttling and it offers a display that there was throttling, but not how much cpu usage the script or scripts were nor what script it was at the time. am i dreaming that this feature used to exist? should i look in to finding a solution my self, outside of cpanel? my sites have much php and it's handy to see what's what in regards to processor usage.
