Spam Assasin for a single account

I would like to run spam assisin on my email account (as well as the others) but unfortunatley the VP "doesn't like it." He doesn't know why, he just doesn't like it. And doesn't want the emails to just be deleted in case something important comes through so his final word is "get rid of it."

I however would like it to run on my account. So is there a way that I can set it up to only run on certain email addresses?
