This is the first time I have tried to set up a website. The site is for my husbands band and I will need to add audio and video. Can this be done in page wizard?

You will need Windows Media Encoder. Run an encoding session of the video, upload to server, and make a link that points to the file.

Nikki,
One nice option is to embed the audio and video in a web page using Macromedia Flash. This works well because almost everybody has the Flash Player. Then you can surround the media with additional content that enriches the experience.
With audio it's easy because mp3 is easy to create. Flash video (flv) is a little more difficult and you may have to spend some money.
If you follow the link in my sig, there are some articles there that will help. See:
The Flash Video Howto
The Flash MP3 Howto
The Ffmpeg on Mac OS X Howto
Hope that helps,
Stephen

Thanks for the great info. I checked out the link and I can tell it is going to be very helpful. I just need a good glossary of terms now.

i personally think flash and quicktime is better than streaming window media video file. but yeah, you may just need to spend some money if you're planing to go with flash.
