Hi all!
I'm trying to use the stats manager for my site but it does not work. I followed the instructions on the knowledge base but I still get errors with both Awstats and Webalizer. Awstats gives the error "Error: Couldn't open config file...", Webalizer instead reports that "Webalizer stats have not yet been generated!".
I read old posts and found thread with people having the same issues, like this (http://www.bluehostforum.com/showthread.php?t=365), or this (http://www.bluehostforum.com/showpost.php?p=4591&postcount=14).
There I read that there's to wait at least 24 hours. The fact is that I checked the options to create the statistics some days ago, so I would like to know if I'm missing something or if it's a BH problem.
I also would like to know if Awstats can be installed manually (I did the same with WordPress instead of using the automatic installation provided by BH), I have not understood it BH provides the log needed from Awstats.
Anyway, in the meantime I downloaded TraceWatch (http://www.tracewatch.com/), it seems a good web stats analizer too, and if I can't use Awstats I will probably use it :-)
Thank you in advance.
