Formatting Account

Is it possible to basically format everything in my account so its just like how it was when I got it?

I believe that if you put in a ticket, or give BH a call, they can reset your account to its initial state.

Been fiddling with the default files, haven't you? Been there, done that! :D

Actually, I just did another booboo myself today, but called support and a nice young man helped me out, so give em a call like Early Out suggested.

well i've tried installing wordpress about 5 times and i think i just messed something up within the account

it keeps say it can't select the database I made.
