Cant access Cpanel

I cannot login into my cpanel by using the http://mysite.com/cpanel access way. Each time I enter the correct username and password, the password field gets erased, and it asks my to re-enter my information. I know this information is correct because I save my passwords and it worked many times before. But confuses me even more, using the same username password combination, I can log into the cpanel by going to Bluehost.com and logging in through the fields in the upper right hand corner.

Has your dns changed? If you can login at bluehost.com but not your own site it sounds like you site isn't resolving to your server.

From the BH main page, I get to cPanel by using my entire domain name, like "thisismydomain.org." But going in with www.thisismydomain.org/cpanel, I have to use only my username, which in this example would be just "thisismy" (first eight letters of the domain). Not sure why they behave differently.

I had the same problem and called in. Apparently they did something to the cpanel (I think it was an upgrade) and a lot of people couldn't get in BUT it works if you go here http://login.bluehost.com or atleast it does for me.

It would have been nice if the problem was posted here or on the knowledgbase so I wouldn't have had to go deaf waiting for tech support :rolleyes:

By the way why is the waiting music so loud?
