hey just wondering. When i use my laptop it comes up so i am able to drop and drag, when i use my PC it comes up like this.

In Internet Explorer, choose Tools, Internet Options, the Advanced tab, and check the box labeled "Enable folder view for FTP sites." Should cure your problem!
