Hello,

I'm new in Blue host and this is my first post. I have created several account mail and set 3 of them on my Thunderbird thanks to the videos but although. The great thing is that Thunderbird recognize my data
hostname:
username:
password:
and just ask me for the choice between IMAP or Pop server and I have followed the rest as shown on the video tutorial.
That was quiet easy, but, I can't receive or send mails via Thunderbird, I still have the same message "recognition on your server has fail". I have no problem to connect myself directly from the dashboard to those emails accounts.
I have cancel them 2 times and changed account just to see if something change, but it's always the same message and it's so slow. I finally try to find an answers with google and find an old message on this forum about thunderbird and blue host but the issue wasn't the same.

Before calling Blue host and emailing anything I was wondering if maybe someone have face the same issue or have any idea of where could be the problem ?

Thank so much for your help folks

Grace

Be sure that your username is your ENTIRE email address... I've overlooked that detail in the past. I have had better luck with POP as well.

Have you tried using Outlook instead of Thunderbird? Just an idea.
