Problems with drush 7.x-4.5 and Drupal 7 on Bluehost

Hi all,

i got drush and drupal 7 up and running on bluehost so far, yet one problem remains. I can´t clear the cache.


# drush cc
Content-type: text/html


Enter a number to choose which cache to clear.
[0] : Cancel
[1] : all
[2] : theme registry
...
[9] : views

Cancelled

Any Ideas?
