Help with Rollover Command

I am working with a mortgage company and we want people who don't understand the business to be able to get quick definitions for some of the strangers phrases that we use and for the unique subjects that we talk about. We were going to use a simple pop-up window, but so many people block pop-ups that we were afraid to use them.

The other day I was chatting on Trillian (the instant messanger program) and I saw some text underlined with dots, I put my mouse over and a wikipedia definition came up in a yellow box. I am wondering what the easiest way to get something like this to happen would be. The solution is perfect for what we are trying to accomplish, but I'm a beginner in JavaScripting and I don't even know what this kind of feature would be called.

i think its just a little large in filesize, but other than that its a really simple to solution. if you are new to the javascripting, this is perfect for you.
