I searched BlueHost.com along with my cPanel but, could not find any information on how to cancel / transfer my account. I have been very disillusioned about the support and service reliablity BlueHost provides.

1. I sent an email to support@bluehost.com asking for SSH access twice each time with a diffrent email address and once with the email address of my administrator account for my domain. With my drivers license and all relevent infomration for them to grant me access. This was over a month ago and haven't received a response.

2. My FTP server will not stay up for more then a few hours when they manage to fix it several days later. I have not been able to access my FTP on my site for two solid days now.

3. There have been several outages of nearly an hour since I joined about two months ago. This is not acceptable especially when I have not been given any reason why it went down for so long. I had to hunt down information on my own to find the reason.

4. The reponse time is slow at best from what I have experienced to simple support questions.

Enough of my ranting, how can I go about getting some of my money back, and transfering my domain to another service? This service has been terrible so far. I would happily pay more money a month for a hosting comapany that actually makes good on their claims.

Have you decided which host you're going to move to?

not 100% sure yet. I think I am going to wait until the end of the day to see if my issue with FTP is resolved. I did find a host provider that provided a lot more then BlueHost for just $5.00 more a month. I forgot to bookmark it however but, I can search my history and find it again.
