It's a link directory you can install using fantastico. I've tried to get it to work a few times but I'm always get the same Internal server error You can take a look at it here directory.thepokerbus.com . There's an admin section when you install it also and I can get into that part and navigate through it just fine.
What can be causing this problem?
Has anyone here successfully installed this php directory?
Thanks.

The ReadMe file says that it is an *ALPHA* release. In other words, probably riddled with bugs. I did a fresh install and perused the config.php file and found a couple of simple ones but correcting them did not solve the 500 error.
If you really want Dew-NewPHPlinks, go to their site and get the last stable version and manually install it.

Per the helpdesk area at Blue Host the issue is resolved with a change in the .htaccess file.
http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/kb/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=18&id=154
I currently use at http://www.retirement-dreams.net/links/ and it works fine. My .htaccess shows the following:
<Files directory>
SetHandler application/x-httpd-php
</Files>
