As far as I know, there are Bluehost's Terms of Service (http://www.bluehost.com/terms_of_service.html), and that's it. There is no service level agreement that I'm aware of. Of course, this makes things like the "uptime guarantee" virtually meaningless, since nowhere is it stated what happens when Bluehost fails to meet that uptime target.
But, to repeat what you've been told in another thread, why don't you describe the problem you're having, and perhaps someone here can help solve it? Or do you just want to sulk? :)

This is just a user-to-user forum, and I'm just another user, trying to help you. You apparently don't actually want help. Best of luck to you.

The BH tech guys rarely visit these forums.
If you've put in a ticket, and haven't gotten a response, either phone them, or use live chat.
BH does not have an SLA, as far as I know. That's not a good thing, but with a budget shared hosting operation, it's not even slightly unusual. None of them provides much in the way of solid guarantees. They say, "if you aren't happy with the service, cancel your account." That's not very satisfying, but that's what you get for a measly $7 a month, apparently. A service with ironclad guarantees, guarantees that actually have some teeth, is going to cost a lot more.

Mr. Early Out,
You are pointing to the technical problem. Sure, I went to BLUEHOST suuport. The issue I want to discuss here is about a SLA, if any, an important service feature for ANY service company (http://wwww.itil.org)
If you want, I will very happy to leave this forum that seems to be very DICTATORIAL and AUTOCRATIC, so give me a break please!!!!
Let other customer post their opinion here, letīs be democratic...open mind....letīs have open discussion.
Give me your order Sir!!!!
Thank god for that goodbye
