FTP the files to your local computer and then FTP them to the new location, then delete the old.

The problem is that your page indexing will not come along for the ride. For that you need to put in redirects where your old files were. Use htaccess for that and you should be fine.

I don't use Drupal btw. If it uses databases etc, you will need to make sure config finds your old dbs.
THis is not that hard, you should be able to do it fine.
