View Full Version : Any way to customize Boxtrapper's autoresponse?

I have boxtrapper installed on one of my email accounts, and while it's great for catching spam, the default auto-response is a bit clinical. I have some people who assume it's a delivery failure notice and don't bother to read it.

I've read in a few places that the auto-response can be customized, but I can't figure out how. Has anyone else done this, and/or do they know what's involved in doing it?

Thanks!

Open your boxtrapper list... for the appropriate e-mail account, click manage > edit confirmation messages... then click the edit buttons to open and customise each of the three messages.

Found it! Thanks! I was trying to find it under the email login, not CP. Got it now. :)
