Does the server can use phpmailer?
Does the SMTP protocol enabled? if so, i need to know what port it is.
In case that the SMTP protocol is desable, how can i enable it?

Yes u can use phpmailer. I have used this in one of my project. PHPmailer uses mail function of php. port is 25 and 110
