150 Control Panel is out. So is Login.bluehost.com
Which means the Firewall needs to be rebooted... If someone could give them a call and say to reboot Firewall for Box 150 that would be great - Because the Lines are busy on my end and I can not get through... :(

Any update?
When I give 1-888-401-4678 a call it is busy. I've emailed and had no response all day.
Cpanel is still down and PhpMyAdmin keeps getting that wonderful Internal Server Error.

Tell me about it i have had a ticket open since monday and the only change is that it was marked as "escalted" but without a reply. Cmon what is going on????

Ok actually the cpanel works now it just takes like 4 minutes to load on a 3 MBPS connection. Wtf.

Btw bluehost needs to upgrade to the 2.9.0.3. Bluehost is still on version 2.9.0.2.

For further information and in case of questions, please contact the phpMyAdmin team. Our website is http://www.phpmyadmin.net/.

Seriously this is the stable version btw. They are going to release 2.9.1 soon.

They have release 2.9.1 rc1 and rc2.

Ok one more thing cmon just tell us whats going on. If I knew i wouldnt be so upset. We just want an explaination. Is that so much to ask. There is over 300 customers on this server and every single one of them has had a virtually inoperable site for a week. It is not as big of a deal for me cause i dont get much ad revue but think aout the people with a large, ad supported, website. What a mess. If it were down at 4 o clock every day i wouldnt complain but 8 to 5 is peak times. That is 9 hours of lost traffic. I mean cmon. If your going to mess around with server pick a better time and make it a little shorter. Or tell people when the server is going down. Put a little message on cpanel or something. Just do something. Many of the monthly customers might end up leaving if they get an explaination. I am a 2 year customer so can't leave, downtime or not.

I'm still not clear about why you don't just ask BH to move you to another server. You'd be down for a short time while they moved your stuff, but that would be nothing compared to all the downtime you're suffering through now.

i dont think they will do that. Yes, they will (assuming you can actually get through to them on the phone).

Yesterday was a bad day for box 150 there were some other users on that box whom were using more resources then what we allow, we have taken care of them and you should see a noticable improvement over the performance yesterday.

Yesterday there was a person on the box 150 who was hosting a proxy server this is not allowed as it does hurt server performance. We shut him down and removed him. You should see the improvement.

It seems like they fixed it.

Glad they updated PhpMyAdmin because that is what I was trying to use all of yesterday.

Though it is very slow even on our business line (3 bridged 10mbps cables.)
But I have also heard that they're upgrading the Utah internet over there because they're the only large company using up so much Bandwidth... So I will give them that.

I just wish they would email my company and explain why things are slow. Or if they're about to update.

Isn't Box 150 the High CPU plan server?
