External access to MySQL

Hello,

I have the webserver in another site and MySQL in bluehost. I want to access from the external server to the database in bluehost. I have added the ip's in the cpage of mysql, the problem comes when I'm going to add the ip of the other site in the Whitelist because I only can put my ip.

How could I put other ip in the Whitelist?
