PHP and MySQL update please

I put in a request ticket for this already, so if the changes have been made by the time management sees this, please disregard my request.

I would like have a few upgrades done to my website at www.flawclan.com.

MySQL 4.1.21-standard-log changed to MySQL 5.0.27

PHP 4.4.4 changed to PHP 5.2.0.
