If you have ssh access, ssh in to your account and type the command 'hostname'.
If you don't have ssh access, log in to your CPanel and on the CPanel main page find your shared IP address. It's on the left, near the top. The server you're on is most likely the last octet in the IP

There's a number of ways. If you've got shell access, you can just type 'hostname' from within a shell. Otherwise, the last digit of the ip address of your server is the box number. For example, box88's main ip is 70.103.189.88. You can view this by logging into your cpanel and looking at the 'Shared Ip Address' on the left.
There's a few other ways in cpanel that tell you the full name, but as a shell kind of guy I don't remember them. :)

Im on BOX 102 and No matter what File Size I Upload it randomly Stops.
I filled a Support ticket for this and they suggested my ISP may be at fault, I was on Bluehost before and the same problem then.
It could well be my ISP (routing) as UK -> USA might be an issue but I can upload fine to other places including Free Web Hosts etc. Seems to be a Time out Issue (no data receieved in 900Sec) and I have tried Various FTP Clients.
Oh well - just a case of babysitting the Uploading till they are all done I guess

I have seen this (in a very limited subset of users) actually be an issue with the anti-DoS subsystem on the servers. Problem is that some servers actually do worse with traffic, serving pages, etc, if I disable it (sometimes even due to a real DoS attack, sometimes not).
In general, though, it has been disabled on all the boxes within the last month or so. If you had the exact same issues several months ago and now, it is a different issue. If it worked months ago and now doesn't, or the other way around, then it may be this.
Either way, a good work around is to use sftp, which is basicaly an encrypted ftp connection across the ssh connection. Bad news is that you have to get your shell access turned on for it to work.
Might be worth it, though, if it makes your ftp work for you.
