adding an Email Disclaimer

Hello everyone

I was wondering if there was a way to add an email disclaimer to the bottom of every email sent from my site.

For example, at the end of an email sent by someone who has an email address at my site, it would say something along the lines of:


This email is intended for the person addressed above. This email is bound by the web rules of www.mysite.com

any ideas?

I did a seach on the cPanel site and didn't find much there.

I have done some research and found that something called an "email scanner" can do something like this.

any ideas?

It will depend on how you are sending the email and which application you use to send it. I would normally create a signature and that will be appended to every email you send.
