I have Rich Media FLV player and media center, I need to upload to site, any comments or previous installs??, any script or help would be great, thanks

yes, you will need hosting.
flash work independent of hosting php/asp.
no affect as i know

I'm not sure about the OP's question regarding FLV videos, but this I don't understand: For flash videos I use this FLV player (http://www.ripzor.com/flvplayer.html) and I'd like to use some kind of code to make the visitors default flash player to "launch" when they look at my videos.

That's impossible. You can't control file-type associations that are client-side with a script on the server. You would have to tell your visitors to change a setting in their browser. :)
