A couple of hours ago I realized that one of the sites on my account, www.fbinaaylp.com was hacked. BH was very helpful and looked into it. They restored the backup and now the site is fine.

My big problem is that now I can't access my site www.pjllobell.com or www.fbinaaylp.com (Both are on the same box... 64 I think).

Here's a tracert to pjllobell.com

I am using Road Runner cable in Albany. My room mate can access my site fine through the college's network.

What do I do about this? No website, no e-mail. I'm in the dark ages here.

Thanks!!

I had the same problem with my site. When I sshd into the box I noticed that public_html was an executable and no longer a directory. The tech that I spoke with restored my public_html directory. I'd like to know what caused this problem. Anybody know?

Just tried to check that... from where I'm sitting I can't log in to my box (Box64) through BH, FTP or otherwise communicate with 70.103.189.64.

The thing that gets me the most isn't that I can't access it, but I'm sure some of my customers can't access any of my sites either.

have you called tech support?

Yeah, they said that it was an issue with Comcast. I'm using TimeWarner Cable, however. It's been 4 days now and still nothing!

Ok, problem solved. BH actually blocked my IP, due to 20 POP login failures during the Comcast issue.
