cannot create account oscommerce

hello,
i have installed a store at perfumestash.com .everything seems to work except the create new account. when you fill it out and submit, it just refreshes the page basically.
any help would be awesome!

Your configuration is not set up correctly for shared SSL... the path needs to be https://secure.bluehost.com/~yourunixusername
