Ive set up a subdomain
http://testdeal.jcsdesignz.com
but when i try going to it it automatically redirects to http://jcsdesignz.com
Anyone know why ?
I currently have my http://jcsdesigns.com redirecting to http://jcsdesignz.com/wp but why is it also redirecting the subdomain ?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you :)
I'm trying to do a subdomain redirect but it's not working. This is getting old.

For the last 2 weeks its been one problem after another and no-one from Blue host seems to be doing anything about it.
agreed. I'm about ready to move to a different host and request my money back

I've always found it took about half a day for the DNS settings to go through despite the message below noted on the subdomain page.
Note: Subdomains rely on the DNS system in order to function, which means that your DNS information must propagate throughout the different DNS servers on the Internet before your subdomain becomes fully active. This process on the average takes a few hours.
nope. They still need to do it for you. I'm leaving bluehost. Going to request a refund for the months used. I'm sick of this crap.
Poof.
are you using an .htaccess file or are you just trying to do everything in your control panel (e.g., Addon Domain)?
