Is there a way to find out who is the registrar of a domain (not the owner) a whois did not provide this information. :confused:

The whois lookup at domaintools.com (http://www.domaintools.com) provides this information.

Yes I could get that much but that is not who registerd the domain, I think they are a bulk reseller I found out the domain was registered through a company called web-mainia.:o
