It is possible that their ip # is blocked. Have you put any IP ranges in your “IP deny manager” in cpanel? IF not then it is possible that there is a problem on their end with DNS service. It could be due to the DNS setting in their PC or the DNS servers of their ISP.
HOpe that helps.

That tracert indicates that you are, in fact, getting to hostmonster.com, in 19 hops (which is just fine). There's nothing there that indicates any sort of problem, so you'll have to describe what you're seeing.

I made a mistake. Above tracert record is no problem.
Now it is broken again.

Yes, that tracert shows that things are truly ugly somewhere along the line. :(
However, the problem is clearly occurring long before you get to Bluehost. Things are grinding to a halt between Chinanet (at hop 8), and the first hop on this side of the Pacific. The tracert is so fragmentary, it's tough to pin it down, but it appears that the problem is occurring between Chinanet and one of the California AT&T nodes.
The bad news is that there's not much you can do about it, but wait for Chinanet and AT&T to fix their problem. There's nothing you can do, nor is there anything BH can do, to change the routing of traffic between China and Utah.
I recall seeing this problem a few months ago with another user from China, with the problem occurring at the same spot. Eventually, it got fixed, but it looks like it's back.

Works fine for me (eastern Europe), most likely doesn't have anything to do with Bluehost.

Also users from US don't seem to have any problem .. well, those that I asked at least :D

Going out on a limb here, but considering how many websites the chinese government blocks, I wouldn't be surprised if Bluehost were banned, what with the large number and variety of sites being hosted.

Hi,
I faced the same problem, being in China myself. The Internet Society of China is blocking full ranges of IPs when some "irrelevant" sites are detected among these IPs.
The only solution is to ask BH to provide you with a dedicated IP.
Hope that helps.

It might be IP blocking but Asia is having internet issues right now ...

The overall rating was 66% with a few down servers.
