Hey all -
I need to move my Wordpress installation from www.pjllobell.com/wp to www.pjllobell.com.
Either that or I need to redirect / >> www.pjllobell.com/wp.
I tried to set up that redirect, but the other domains on my account, www.fbinaaylp.com, www.vanguardnetworks.us, etc. forwarded directly to www.pjllobell.com/wp.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

personaly I would keep it in the /wp folder just to keep things tidy in your home directory and use a redirect, this is the one I use:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www.)?pjllobell.com$
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/wp/
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /wp/$1
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www.)?pjllobell.com$
RewriteRule ^(/)?$ wp/default.htm [L]
******in that last line replace the default.htm with whatever your home page is******
hope this helps :)

great then that code will work fine.
Silly me set up BH with a domain I boguht for my daughter and she ended up the main...grrr, the above works wonderfully and now all her files are in a folder under her name that she can't confuse and the site points to the folder.
Good luck :)
