View Full Version : Webmail Problem For Weeks...

For several weeks I've been having problems with the Webmail, and it seems that no one can help me solve this.

The "Used Disk Space" on cPanel's Webmail says that some of my accounts have exceeded their quota, even with the account completely clean. When I try to delete the messages this is the message I receive:

"There was an error deleting messages from the folder "Inbox". This is what the server said: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist."

I've even tried to find the problem directly from the File Manager, but haven't seen anything wrong.

Could anyone help me with this? Because for the last 3 weeks I've been login into my clients accounts to manually delete their messages to avoid the exceeds of their accounts.

P.S. For the record, I've tried to solve this via Live Chat and Thickets with no luck.
