Setting up e-mail filter (GREP)?

Can someone point me to a good reference to set up the e-mail filters? I assume it uses sometype of filter construct like GREP. Such as Subject Contains "it's [A-Z]" or something along those lines. I want to set some filters rather than just block all Subject Contains "it's" (not a very good filter).

So where do I get the info for filter constructs? Thanks.

Nevermind the no help all. I found out how to do it. Goes along way to stopping spam if you know how to use the mail construct. :p
