I recently updated my home page and Google still maintains the old home page cached in their search results, which of course is non-existent and therefore Google shows a blank page with broken links when viewing the cached page. Too see this cached page, search for "terrakeramik" in Google. It shows in the search results as http://www.terrakeramik.com

Here's the perplexing part. Google re-indexes my site almost daily, and has indexed the new home page with the correct caching but is not returning it as a search result when searching for my site's domain name. To see this cached page, search for "terrakeramik index" in Google. It shows in search results as http://www.terrakeramik.com/index.php (note the /index.php appended to the URL).

No idea how this happened or how to fix it. Both the old and the new home page were/are "index.php" files and uploaded to the "public_html" folder. I do have a robots.txt file but do not exclude the index.php file since it is my home page and I want the bots to crawl and index this page.

Any thoughts why this happened and how to fix it? Much appreciated!

Over the last week I rearranged some urls and page titles/descriptions to make the meta tags of each page unique.
Not only has Google dropped over 75% of my pages from their seach results, a lot of top 10 search results keywords are completely gone now.
I hope the pages will be back in a few days because my search engine traffic has dropped 80%+
