Raw Log Files

From the control panel I used the Raw Log Manager and checked the box for archiving log files in my home directory at the end of each month. I was therefore expecting to be able to find the archived log files at the end of November or beginning of December, but couldn't (using File Manager). Either I'm looking in the wrong place or they're not there.

Can anyone suggest what I should do?

Go to the directory *above* the public_html directory (where your home page is located). The logs are stored in the "logs" subdirectory.

Yes, that's what I would have thought, but the logs subdirectory is not there.

You must be in the wrong directory--I apologize for being unclear. Go to the directory labeled "/". It is the root directory for your account. If you use File Manager (a control panel option), it opens in this directory. The subdirectories include public_html, public_ftp, www, etc, mail .... and logs.

You were clear enough - that was where I looked and the logs subfolder isn't there...
