Thanks in advance for any help!
I just got a notification that one of my BH email accounts is getting near capacity. I receive mail from this account several times a day and have MS Outlook configured to NOT leave a copy on the server. Other than this I have no idea how to remove the email from the server. Any ideas as to why this is happening and what to do about it?
BTW, when I checked status of email accounts in Cpanel I noticed that several accounts have a lot in them even though outlook is configured to not leave a copy on the server.
Thanks,
joe

login to cPanel and go to the email accounts and change your quota to a higher number.

although this suggestion WILL solve your problem for the momment, this isn't a nice "neighborly" thing to do as it eats up space needlessly. i too have ran in to this issue. have you checked webmail to see if there is any messages there? also you can go to that folder via your ftp client or the ftp manager using Cpanel and nuke messages from there... if all else fails, at like 2am you can log-in... delete the account and recreate it!

Spam assassin had been filling up spam folders on the server. I tried purging them using horde webmail. I also tried using the "clear spam folder" option under spam assassin. It's been over 12 hours and the memory use for each account does not seem to have changed. Maybe the status update rate is very slow.
