New To Blue Host Phpbb Question

OK I know how to install PHPBB so that's not a problem. My question is to I need to wait until the domain propogates in order for me to install it or can I just use my temp URL?

Yet,its better to wait for ur domain in order to adjust ur cookies settings in the admin control panel

Cookies and sessions in PhpBB can be tricky, I'd wait for the domain to propagate.
