http 500 internal server error

For the first time in the year I have been with bluehost, I have seen this on every one of my pages that connect to a mysql db. Is this something I have done or or could this be a system problem?

I was working on one of my forums as little as 90 minutes ago and everything was fine. The only thing I have done since is change my TS server because of the recent IP change.

if there is any more information needed, just let me know...I would like the forums to be up asap.

I was able to get someone on live chat almost imeadiatly. Turns out my TS server had to many proccesses runing. I wish I knew how to keep them down...I guess that will be another question on another day.
