BH Cerberus/Helpdesk

Anyone else having intermittent issues w/ Cerberus/helpdesk? For example, after login then going to an option, it would invalidate the session, saying that you have to login (again). Just wondering if its only on my end or site-wide.

It's behaving itself fine for me, so it's tough to say why you're having a problem.

Yes, I have the same issue. In fact, I have to log in 3 times if I do it this way:

go to the main BH page and login at the top right,
login on the page that comes next,
login in the popup.

It seems like once should be enough.

Also, is my password being transmitted across the internet in clear text?
I tried to use https, but ended up on an http login page.

Yes, I have the same issue. In fact, I have to log in 3 times if I do it this way:

login on the page that comes next,
login in the popup.

It seems like once should be enough.

When you login on the main BH page, use your primary domain to login, like "mydomain.org." Then, you won't have to login again. Now, on the help page, you may have to login again to see your help tickets, since those are tied to your email identities, not to your domain name.
