Registering For A New Domain

Hey everybody. I really need help here. I already have an account here at bluehost.com. It says that with your account you can host up to 6 domains on one account.

So im trying to register for another domain name because im trying to make another site. I registered for the new domain name that i want and im trying to check out. Unfortunately, it wont let me somehow. When i click on "Pay Now" i get this message in red at the top of the page which says:

"For security reasons, your account must be verified before continuing. Make sure your phone number and email are accurate or else you'll need to contact Customer Service".

Of course everything is accurate. I'm the same user, but i just want to register for another domain. I dont get why it wont let me buy another domain name, i keep getting that message.

If any of you would be so kind to please tell me how to get past that step and purchase my new domain because im in dire need here. Thanks a lot!

Is Godaddy any good? Haven't tried it before. Yeah, it just seems better to register with bluehost since i already have an account here. But i will take that into consideration. Thanks.

I have used godaddy for all of my domains and have had no problmes at all, and it's really easy to set up. I would say that godaddy is probably the best. IMO

Just call support and they will "verify" your account. After they do that, it will allow you to buy the domain.
