Is it possible for me to limit the bandwidth use by a File? If so how would I go about doing this?

Leech Protection is not currently part of the Bluehost cpanel environment. It has been asked for multiple times by customers lately, and is being investigated to see if it is feasable, etc, etc.
We'll let you know about it when we know about it.

I was thinking of leech protection as being something totally different I guess.
Anyway, I activated leech protection for my forum had it set to 4 logins and realized that it wouldnt let me in, wont load forum at all. I think that if users have the "remember me" it may not work or you have to set the number of logins pretty high.
Anyone else using leech protection here? How are you implementing it?
Thank you,
Mishka
