How do I embed PHPList sign up in my page?

Hello!
I finally fixed my confirmation page problem, what a easy fix but a nightmare to find. Oh well...

I do not want to have a separate page just to sign up for my mailing list.

I would LOVE to have a little section in my links bar:

[ form box ]
Sign me up for mailing list!

[ submit button ]

I'm not sure how to go about searching for the solution. I know I have seen posts about this a long time ago but cannot find them now, I have tried searching "embed" and don't know what other term to use to search.

Can someone help with the solution or some keywords to search from?

You don't want to embed, you want to create a < form > tag with all the variables. PHPList should give you examples of how to put a subscription form on a page.
