i have troubles creating the database for my web site system (e107)

Access denied for user 'purebeat'@'localhost' to database 'db1'

that's the error
can anyone help me plz

Okay, first off -- it would be a good idea NOT to post more than one message for help. So let's keep the question here since you included the exact nature of the problem in your title.

Have you created the database in your BH control panel yet? It may be required that you go ahead and create the db and the user for the db first, then tell your script what the db name, username, and then just use localhost for the db host name. Make sure you give the user full permissions on the db you create.

To do all that, just start at your BH Control Panel and scroll down to the Databases box, then click on MySQL Databases. Read the BH help screens and knowledgebase in the trouble ticket system if you aren't sure how all that should be done.

ok i have done what you said to me by creating the database with the full permission to the user, but

i have the following error

Unknown MySQL server host 'localhost ' (1)

Okay... do you have the ' symbol in the name of your MySQL hostname? In other words, do you have 'localhost' or do you have localhost -- you don't need the ' symbol in there.

You've already created it. You just need to tell e107 what the name of the db is, the username and password, and localhost. Does e107 have a help site?
